The pilot said that when Bieber was presented with the authorisation slip, the confused teen replied: 'Huh, what? Who am I signing this for?'

He also alleged that Bieber was 'baked out of his mind' during the flight, and was surprised when he was asked to sign a credit card slip for the journey, which cost over $60,000.
While Bieber and his crew didn't smoke any marijuana on the flight, some members of his entourage were said to have enjoyed tokes on a Swisher Sweet cigar.
